Meet the Team

Nasser Jahan
Nasser Jahan is LifePoint’s Lead Pastor. Nasser grew up as a Muslim in Iran. When he was 12 years old, his family fled to Turkey. It was in Turkey that Nasser came to know Jesus. He has since moved to the United States and is now a U.S. citizen. Nasser loves sharing the dramatic story of how Christ changed his life. He currently lives in Catalina with his wife, Nicole, and their two daughters. Nasser is extremely excited to serve the people in Catalina and see God work in their lives. Nasser is mainly responsible for speaking vision and direction into the LifePoint community while loving and serving the families of the surrounding Catalina area. He loves to see people, who have been living far from God, jump into actively pursuing a relationship with Jesus. Nasser is passionate about people and God’s purpose for their lives. He graduated from Nazarene Bible College with a B.A. in Christian Counseling, M.A. at Bethel Seminary, and is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry from Bethel Seminary. He has served with LifePoint since the start of the church in 2011

Nicole Jahan
Nicole Jahan is LifePoint’s Administrative Assistant. Nicole grew up in Catalina and received her degree in education from Grand Canyon University. In 2003, she moved to Turkey where she taught Iranian refugees English and met her husband, Nasser. After marrying, they returned to Tucson where she taught 3rd grade at Sonoran Science Academy for 3 years and worked as LifePoint’s Children’s Director for 9 years. Nicole is passionate about seeing people grow in their relationship with God.Â

Doug Johnson
Doug Johnson is LifePoint’s Executive Pastor / Worship Pastor. His passion is to see everyone living a lifestyle of worship, using their gifts, and forming lifelong relationships at LifePoint. Doug graduated from Biola University in 1995 with a B.S. in Computer Science (which he uses while working for Raytheon Missile Systems during the week), and a Minor in Biblical Studies. He has been pastoring at various churches in California and Arizona since 2001, with a wide range of ministry experience from being a senior pastor to umpiring a church softball league. Doug’s heart is to reach the community of Northwest Tucson with the Gospel and to be Christ’s hands wherever possible. Doug is married to Jackie, who loves to worship, and they have a daughter who loves to play soccer and a son who loves to sing like his mom and dad.Â

Kayla Warrick
Kayla is Lifepoint’s Children’s Director. She has spent her whole life in Tucson and truly loves living and serving in this community. She attended Pima Community College to get her Associates in Education while managing a Carters and Osh Kosh B’gosh store. In January of 2019, she married her husband Brevin and they both have truly enjoyed serving in the Worship and Children’s Ministry at LifePoint together. Kayla’s passion is serving children in this church and community and helping them build a foundation in Christ that will lead to them walk with Jesus for the rest of their lives.  Â

David Parker
David Parker is LifePoint’s Care Pastor. David and his wife Dawn have been married for over
thirty-five years and have been blessed with five children and seven grandkids. David and Dawn are both retired Air Force officers and have experienced and lived in various places around the
world. For most of his career, David was a professional engineer, in the military, in the private sector, and working for universities and towns. David became a follower of Jesus Christ while in college and started taking seminary classes after retiring from the Air Force. He completed his Master’s in Ministry Degree from Grace Theological Seminary and Seminary in 2011. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Biblical Exposition at Liberty University. He was called into full-time ministry in Tucson and served as a Community Pastor at his former church for four years. Over the years, God has used David as a Sunday school teacher, Adult Bible Study Teacher, Short Term Mission Trip Leader, Trustee, Pastor, and Elder.
David’s heart is to care for the community here at LifePoint so that the world can experience and come to know the Love of Jesus through us. He and his wife have been members of LifePoint church since 2016.

Nic Stogner
Nic Stogner is Life Point’s Youth Pastor. Nic was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. Nic served three summers at Lone Tree Ranch in Capitan, New Mexico, where he built a solid relationship with Jesus. Prior to working at LifePoint Nic worked at Leman Academy in Oro Valley. God has used Nic over the years as a small group leader, college group leader, youth group adult leader, and now a Youth Director. In March of 2023, Nic married his wife Jessica. Nic loves connecting with youth in the community. He always looks forward to seeing God work through LifePoint’s youth group. Nic puts an emphasis on serving the community, building a foundation in Christ, and forming relationships with students. In 2024 Nic obtained a degree in ministerial leadershipand from Nazarene Bible College.

Chad Dunham
Chad Dunham is LifePoint’s Interim Community Pastor. Chad is passionate about serving the Lord in any capacity called and, in connecting with other believers. Chad graduated from Park University with a B.A. in Healthcare Administration in 2013 and from Colorado Christian University with a M.B.A. in 2018. Chad aspires to pursue a seminary degree in the coming years. Prior to being called to a pastoral role, Chad worked at Charles Schwab & Co. Inc. for three years as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager and before that, as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer during a twenty-one-year career in the United States Air Force.
Chad met his wife Nichole in Arkansas, where they both served in a local church, Chad as a sound and lighting engineer and Nichole as a Children’s leader. They have two children, Haylee and Corbin. During their time as a military family, they lived in the United Kingdom. While in England, Chad and Nichole served at a small farm church, Chad served in sound and slides, and Nichole in children’s ministry. The Air Force afforded them many opportunities to travel but ultimately, it led them to Tucson. Upon retirement in April 2022, they called Catalina and LifePoint home. Chad has served as a Sound Engineer and Youth Leader and Nichole currently serves as a Youth Leader.

Santiago Perez
Santiago is LifePoint’s Spanish Community Pastor. Santiago is from Culiacán, Mexico. Before his ministry at LifePoint, he volunteered in Mexico, leading worship and assisting his father, who pastors a local church. Santiago is passionate about nurturing the Spanish-speaking community in Catalina and Tucson, helping them grow in their knowledge of Christ. He is engaged to America, his fiancée, who is also from Culiacán. In addition to his role at LifePoint, Santiago is pursuing a Master’s in Biblical Ministry at The Master’s Seminary.
