Baptism at LifePoint

“Jesus said, Go then, to all people everywhere and make them my disciples, baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and then teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.” Matthew 28:19, 20.

At LifePoint we know people often have questions regarding baptism.

Why should I be baptized?

I’ve already been baptized; do I have to do it again?

Does it matter if you are sprinkled or dunked?

We believe that baptism by immersion is an important step of obedience after making a commitment to Christ by identifying with Christ’s death and demonstrated a heart-felt commitment to Christ.
