Where People Far from God Fall in Love with Jesus for a Lifetime!

Community Outreach at LifePoint

At LifePoint, we love people and we especially want to love and serve those in our community.
The purpose of the LifePoint’s community outreach is two-fold:

1) To be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community, and

2) To provide opportunities where people can form friendships with each other and in the community.

Someone may choose to volunteer before they try a Sunday morning service or Life Group. These events allow people to build trust with LifePoint and provide great opportunities to invite their friends.  These events start conversations about LifePoint and about Jesus. Here are some annual projects we do:

*Servant Saturdays – service projects in the community (yard work, painting, home repair, various projects with Coronado School, etc.)

*Easter Eggstravaganza – Free, fun-filled Saturday for the community featuring a giant Easter egg hunt, free hotdogs and drinks, live music, jumping castles & giant slides, and a visit from the Easter Bunny!

*Back to School Event – Free event to provide school supplies, free haircuts, and free physicals

*Driveway Party on Halloween night – give away Free candy, hotdogs, and drinks and get to meet our neighbors

*Christmas Giving Tree – be a blessing to families going through a tough time (pick a tag from the tree and give a gift)

A big huge THANK YOU to all who volunteered and donated items to make this day AMAZING! We gave out over 400 hot-dogs  had triple the number of children for the Egg Hunts, hid over 3000 Easter eggs, gave away awesome prizes from our raffle, and enjoyed meeting new people from the community!
